Return Requirements

The following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The gaming PC must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • Refunds may be prorated based upon PC usage at the time of return.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the gaming PC.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request. In the event that a refund is granted, it will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged gaming PC, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or repair.

Important: Any damages or defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the gaming PC.

Special Orders

Please note that special-request gaming PCs are analyzed on a case-by-case basis for refund. This policy does not apply to special orders.
